. Sue travelled with me on this trip, which was coordinated by Christian Veterinary Mission. We stayed with a veterinary missionary and his wife in the remote Miskito region and then toured rarnches near the capital of Tegucigulpa. This short-term "shuttle mission" enabled us to meet the local people and understand their culture far more than a trip as a conventional tourist.
