Sue and I are headed back to Africa. We are volunteering at "Villages of Hope", an orphanage dedicated to helping some of the 1.1 million orphans who have been left without parents due to the HIV/AIDS epidemic that has ravaged southern Africa. We have been invited to assist them in setting up a dairy, a project that will not only provide nutrition to the village, but will offer opportunities for employment.
