Invercargill Weekend

The roses are in full bloom at Queens Park in the heart of Invercargill. We feel bad for the rest of you suffering with below zero temperatures.
Bluff is the southernmost point of New Zealand and is the stepping-off point to the South Pole. The ferry to Stewart Island departs from Bluff and has our reservation for the weekend of December 15.

Harness racing at Ascott Racecourse is a favorite pasttime of Standardbred owners in Southland. I served as the racecourse vet on Friday afternoon.

Nice picture of a rose. I'll send you a picture of one Katie took at the Rodin Museum on December 31st (I think it was that day). Looks like you're having lots of fun adventures.
